Is there an advantage to purchasing tickets in advance?

Yes – for two reasons. Firstly, it is cheaper to purchase your ticket in advance of the show. Secondly, for the 2017 event we will be giving priority entry into the show to advance ticket holders.

When do advance tickets go off sale?

Advance tickets close at 1pm onThursday 16th February 2017.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?

Yes tickets are available on the door, but do cost more than advance tickets.

Is my admission ticket valid across the weekend?

General admission tickets allow entry across the 3 days of the show, excluding the Champagne Preview between 6-9pm on Friday 17th February.

If I buy a Whisky Masterclass ticket. Will my ticket include entry into the show?

Yes, if you purchase one of these tickets in advance they will include entry to the show across the weekend. If you purchase them at the show, they will not include your show entry.

When will my tickets arrive?

If you have chosen to collect your tickets on the day these will be ready for collection at the box office. Alternatively if you opt for your tickets to be sent by post, your tickets should arrive no later than 1 week before the show. If you book within 1 week of the show, you may have to collect tickets from the box office. You will receive an email confirmation confirming this.

I have lost my ticket what shall I do?

This is not a problem. If you have lost your ticket please bring your booking reference and form of ID to the box office on the day.

Who is exhibiting?
